A solution you can count on
Worry less with the convenience of overdraft services that are there for you when you need it most.
Automatic Transfer Protection
Avoid the expense and inconvenience of overdrawing your checking account. If it’s overdrawn, your statement savings funds will be automatically withdrawn to cover the difference.
- Funds can be automatically transferred from your statement savings account to cover checks, automatic withdrawals, ATM, or point-of-sale transactions; any transaction that overdraws the account will be covered, including bank-assessed fees.
- You will receive notification by mail that funds were transferred.
- Transfer fee applies.
Overdraft Protection Line of Credit
Qualified borrowers are provided with a personal revolving line of credit. Access your line of credit by check, automatic withdrawal, ATM, or point-of-sale transactions. Any transaction that overdraws the account will be covered, including bank-assessed fees, up to your available credit limit. Interest is paid on the outstanding balance, instead of incurring costly overdraft fees.
With Overdraft Protection tied to your ASB checking account, you never have to worry about insufficient funds.
- Minimum loan amount: $100
- Maximum loan amount: $1,000
- Annual fee applies.
Discretionary Overdraft Privilege
We have the discretion to cover your overdrafts when life gets a little hectic and accounts are inadvertently overdrawn.
Discretionary Overdraft Privilege is not a line of credit, it is a discretionary overdraft service that can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Fees charged for covering overdrafts, as well as the amount of the overdraft item, will be subtracted from the Discretionary Overdraft Privilege amount as items are paid. It may be possible that your ASB account will become overdrawn in excess of the Discretionary Overdraft Privilege amount as a result of the assessment of a fee. Should your account become overdrawn, you will be required to bring your account to a positive balance within thirty (30) days for a minimum of one business day.
